We started our vacation this year with our super long drive to the cabin where we stayed the night, and then we headed to Holbrook the next morning on the 4th. There is a lot of entertaining to be done there if you are a kid.
McKade and Gunner found a "just right" tree to climb if you are 2.
The kids also did some pushing each other around in Grandmas wagon.
There was a lot of eating barbecue and some yummy desserts. Aunt Marlene was even kind enough to pull out the whip cream. Every kid (except Landons) dream.
The kids needed to work off some of their energy by climbing the best rocks ever.
We then headed down and watched the train go by, it is a little terrifying for the little ones.
After that we went back to play with sparklers at grandmas house.
We then headed over to the Holbrook fireworks. It is a cold, and rainy night and we were so glad that Marlene had parked the RV there so we had some shelter. It was a great fireworks show and definitely memorable.
